Dr. Mostafa ElFeki, Director of the Library of Alexandria, said that revolutions in Egypt throughout history did not achieve their aspired results pointing out to the fact that he personally prefers the new reformative thinking methodology however he does not believe in revolutions because they never succeed in solving problems.
In his TV interview on MBC Masr, Elfeki added that the failure of calls for revolutions is due to Egyptians’ awareness and understanding of the current situation even amidst their difficult livelihoods, which resulted from the economic reform.
He maintained that ElSisi is taking steady steps towards building modern Egypt and combating terrorism. ElFeki concluded that Egyptians can see all the achievements in reality, and therefore will definitely disregard all calls and incitements to public disorder.
